Alec Russo and his family smiling together in the Arizona desert

I'm Alec Russo, and I work with individuals, couples, and families to craft ceremonies and conversations that feel deeply personal — never performative, never borrowed from a script.

I've spent the last 10.5 years in ministry walking alongside people through the best and hardest days of their lives. That rhythm — showing up, listening well, and pointing toward hope — is what still shapes my work today. Walking with people in life is the best part of the calling.

I'm also a S.Y.M.B.I.S Certified Facilitator — trained to lead the Save Your Marriage Before It Starts assessment with couples preparing for marriage. The S.Y.M.B.I.S process helps couples understand their relationship strengths, differences, and expectations before they say "I do," so they enter marriage with clarity and confidence rather than assumptions. It's practical, personal, and one of the most meaningful ways I get to invest in couples before the big day.

At home, I'm married to my high school sweetheart — we've been together for 13.5 years and married for 7 of them. We're raising two beautiful children and three mini Aussies, and we've called the East Valley home for our whole lives. That steady, rooted life is the backdrop for the kind of care I bring to every couple and family I work with.
